Have you ever been SO close to someone, that when you looked into their
eyes, you know what they are thinking? Well I have been ever so
fortunate to have found and spent my life with, in which
it happens ALL the time. Have you ever looked
into someone eyes that you were VERY
close with, and been able to finish a
sentence that they have started?
Again, I have that one
covered as well.
I guess the point I'm
trying to make is, indeed we
are at a point where Shadow is still
struggling, but his eyes, when he opens them
allow me to seek deep down and I can see what he would
like to say to me, BUT cannot. It sadens me that I'have not heard
his voice, it seems like forever. But as my post below talks about bending,
it also refers to the reality of life. One never knows what will become if you don't

Doctors can do much more than they could just a few years ago, I know you would rather have Jim home with you, but for now I.C.U can give him the care he needs. I hope you got some much needed rest and sleep, I’m sure it’s not easy sleeping with Jim in the hospital and all that is/has gone on. Please remember you need to take care of yourself and stay strong.
I wanted to let you know I’m home I got off work a little early, I'll be checking my e-mail a little later, I'm going to lay down for a bit and rest my back. I'll be awake if you want to call, if you don't feel up to talking I understand, hang in there and try to get plenty of rest.

I just got done with an e-mail to you, isn't that something? Well he's been in ICU since this happened. And NO it's hard to sleep in our bed without him, so when I get tired enough, I rest on the couch. We just moved 1 week before this happened as well, as you know my mother was staying with us. So now it's just me and Jim, and no one else. I had a friend of ours to help me in the garden, and we are working on a Zen garden. Jim has always wanted a Zen atmosphere, as both of us meditate often. Talk later.
Please rest assured that Shadow and you are always in my thoughts......and I'm sure many others as well. Don't ever think that you are alone.........we are right there with you, supporting you.
